2012 After making his single-seater debut in late 2010, Oliver moved to Formula Renault Eurocup where he finished 3rd in the drivers’ championship in his maiden season, winning the Catalunya finale with Fortec Motorsport.
2013 Having moved to Manor MP Motorsport, Oliver added 3 victories to his win tally in Formula Renault Eurocup on his way to securing the vice-champion spot in the standings.
2014 Returning to Fortec Motorsport and moving up to Formula Renault 3.5, Oliver took 2 wins in his debut season to finish an impressive 4th in the championship.
2015 Oliver claimed his first international title in Formula Renault 3.5, taking 8 wins in a dominant display. The same year, he competed in 4 GP2 Series weekends.
2016 Competing full-time on the Formula 1 support bill, Oliver made the switch to the GP2 Series where he took 4 podiums in his rookie campaign for MP Motorsport.
2017 As the GP2 Series became the FIA Formula 2 Championship, Oliver was signed by DAMS and took a development driver role with the Renault F1 team. A maiden F2 win came on the streets of Monaco, with a subsequent victory in Budapest securing him 3rd in the drivers’ championship.
2018/19 Racing in the ABB FIA Formula E Championship with Nissan e.dams, Oliver stunned in his debut season as he battled for victories and claimed 2 podiums to finish as the Rookie of the Year.
2019/20 In his sophomore campaign in the all-electric series, Oliver took his maiden win at the penultimate race in Berlin, finishing 5th in the championship and helping Nissan e.dams claim 2nd in the teams’ standings.
